As our products are handmade and crafted fresh daily, order details including pricing, availability, ingredients, and delivery timelines may be subject to change without prior notice due to the nature of handmade goods, ingredient availability, or operational considerations.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order for delivery. We will contact you should any changes to your order be necessary.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.
We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment must be made in full to the delivery rider upon receipt of your order. Please have exact change ready when possible.
If you refuse to make payment upon delivery, your order will be cancelled and you may be restricted from placing future orders.
We deliver islandwide across Singapore only. Free delivery is provided for all orders.
We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 hours from order placement. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, traffic conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by you.
If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or incorrect address, you may be charged for a re-delivery attempt or the order may be cancelled.
Our partner bakeries prepare products fresh using quality ingredients and follow food safety and hygiene standards. However, we cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact your preferred partner location before ordering.
Our pies are best consumed fresh. Please refrigerate within 2 hours of delivery and consume within the recommended timeframe indicated on the product packaging.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@andyspie.com. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming.
Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
